Week 1: 12/7-12/8
Hello MSTC Competition Families,
As we gear up for the 24.25 competition season here in Vermont, we couldn't be more excited to get started! I have several important updates to share, so please read this email carefully. Don't forget to visit our new website, www.MSTC.club , for weekly updates. Attached, you will find a map for reference regarding our morning and after lunch meeting locations.
Additionally, I have included our Mount Snow Athlete and Parent Code of Conduct Contract. I encourage all parents to discuss this contract with their athletes. It is my hope that we can begin this season with a strong commitment to good sportsmanship and mutual respect among teammates and coaches. We will have a zero-tolerance policy for any use of profanity, verbal threats, or bullying. Our program prioritizes integrity and conduct at all times.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we embark on this exciting journey together. Here's to a successful season ahead!

Welcome to all new families in our program! We want to ensure that your experience is exceptional, no matter the weather—our programs continue rain or shine! Please ensure your athletes are dressed appropriately, with extra socks, gaiters, gloves, mittens, and any other essentials they may need for comfort and warmth.
Being on time is essential for a smooth start to the day, as it can be challenging to find groups once they head out. If you happen to be delayed in the morning, please visit my office on the second floor of the Ski Club/Training Center. I will gladly radio the coach to help you find a meeting spot. During busy holiday periods, we recommend allowing extra travel time to reach the mountain.
It's also important to note that the mountain operates on a cashless system. You can conveniently link a credit card to your athlete’s profile for easy purchases of snacks and lunch—this is accessible through your Epic Profile. Please remember that lunch is unsupervised by our coaches, so it's a great time for athletes to socialize and enjoy their meal. I highly recommend considering a competitor's membership from the Ski Club, which you can obtain through a recent email announcement. For questions, you can contact Ariel Redden at info@mountsnowskiclub.org. This membership offers valuable benefits, including a designated space for gear, a comfortable area for morning preparation, and a quieter lunch environment. We expect all athletes to treat the ski club with respect and to clean up after themselves.
Let’s make this season one to remember!
